Romans 9
In our in-depth journey through the book of Romans we now come to chapter 9 and the next major division of this wonderful book of grace. In this chapter and the two that follow, the apostle Paul turns his attention to the nation of Israel and its current place in God’s plan for the ages. Our subject, divine election, has been somewhat controversial, but none the less clearly taught in Scripture. In the verses before us today, Pastor Jack has encapsulated the subject into a title called, “Sovereign Election.”
