The Cost of Evangelism
Acts 16:25-40
In this latter half of Acts 16, we find the Lord continuing His work. From all walks of life they came from a rich businesswoman, a poor slave girl and a middle class jailer. All needed Jesus and were found by Him. For some of the fruit, there was a price to pay by Paul and Silas, but no one was complaining! The church was growing, another local fellowship had been planted, but in a most unorthodox way. Once again we see that God's ways are not our ways.
