Sin, Repentance, and Consequence
2 Samuel 12
After David's sin with Bathsheba, he tried to cover the evidence so he would not be found out. Sin brings blindness and short sightedness and it didn't enter David's mind that God saw it all. Fortunately for David, God's love for him didn’t let him get away with what he had done and sent Nathan, the prophet, to expose the darkness in David's life so that he could be restored into a right relationship with Him.
